About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial and market expansion strategy for the Denmark and potentially broader Nordic region
  • Drive B2B enterprise sales, managing both one-off projects and subscription-based models
  • Build and manage high-level relationships within major enterprises and HR departments
  • Execute market entry and growth initiatives in a launch-stage startup environment
  • Act as a senior partner (potential GM/CCO/VP Sales) to scale the regional presence

Requirements

  • Senior B2B enterprise sales profile with a proven track record
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Local citizen or permanent resident of the region
  • Fluent English (native or professional fluency)
  • Comfortable with a commission and equity-based compensation model (not a salaried role)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong existing network within HR, major enterprises, or leadership circles
  • Experience in consulting, operations, events, or business launches
  • International business experience
  • Proficiency in additional local languages
