Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 8–12 active oil clients
• Drive new business development across mass, masstige, and prestige fragrance categories
• Identify underserved brands and market inefficiencies to create growth opportunities
• Partner with perfumers and evaluators to guide clients toward commercially successful fragrance directions
• Lead fragrance presentations, evaluations, and client development conversations
• Build long-term relationships with founders, product teams, and commercialization partners
• Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to accelerate growth
• Maintain awareness of competitive market activity and emerging brands

Requirements

• 4+ years of fragrance house experience
• Existing network within the fragrance oil buying community
• Experience managing smaller or emerging accounts with a hunting mentality
• Strong understanding of fragrance market dynamics and client pain points
• Experienced nose with confidence guiding clients through scent selection
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with technology and curious about AI in fragrance development

• Exposure to both large and entrepreneurial fragrance environments
