Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of turnkey clients entering the fragrance market
- Drive new business opportunities across fine fragrance, home, and personal care
- Guide clients through the turnkey development process including fragrance direction, packaging, and manufacturing timelines
- Partner with perfumers, evaluators, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support fragrance evaluations and help clients navigate scent selection
- Build strong client relationships through high-touch communication
- Leverage Osmo’s technology platforms and AI-enabled development tools to support client ideation
Requirements
- Experience bringing fragrance or beauty brands to market
- Background working in or alongside fragrance houses, beauty manufacturers, or turnkey partners
- Entry-level olfactive training with comfort discussing scent direction
- Strong understanding of customer service and client management
- Strong relationship-building instincts
- Comfortable with technology and interested in AI applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
