About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Door Service sales representatives throughout Arizona
- Collaborate with regional leadership to establish sales objectives and execute strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
- Maintain visibility into team pipeline activity, forecasts, opportunities, bid activity, and sales performance metrics
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, customer visits, sales meetings, and coaching sessions
- Assist sales representatives with large opportunities, complex projects, pricing strategies, and customer presentations
- Monitor CRM activity and sales processes to ensure accurate pipeline management
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, facility managers, and property managers
- Partner with internal operations, estimating, service, and installation teams
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop sales personnel
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats in the Arizona market
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience leading outside sales teams
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, CRM systems, and performance metrics
- Ability to understand technical products, mechanical systems, and service-based solutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in commercial door industry, construction, building products, or industrial sectors preferred
