About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop a foundational understanding of HP's industrial products, services, and industry to communicate value to potential clients.
  • Support relationship-building efforts with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Assist in designing customized solutions by gathering client needs and collaborating with product experts.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing, and contract details under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Capture and track leads to support the sales pipeline and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build professional connections.
  • Serve as a supporting contact for client inquiries and collaborate with customer support to address concerns.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in technical or consultative selling.
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business development and B2B sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise sales and solution selling.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to perform product demonstrations and communicate complex value propositions.
