About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales enablement initiatives focused on improving soft skills such as discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and account expansion.
- Assess current sales processes to identify opportunities for improved execution, inspection, and forecasting rigor.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for Sales AEs, AMs, and managers, covering both onboarding and evergreen development.
- Create scalable frameworks and content, including sales playbooks, coaching materials, call guides, and mutual close plan templates.
- Partner with frontline managers through train-the-trainer programs and structured coaching cadences to reinforce adoption.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to align sales process improvements with systems, workflows, and reporting.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights, such as call reviews and pipeline analysis, to continuously optimize enablement programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related commercial roles.
- 2–3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying full-cycle sales role (e.g., Account Executive or Account Management).
- Hands-on experience implementing and reinforcing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDIC, or similar frameworks.
- Proven ability to coach consultative selling skills, including objection handling and opportunity progression.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with experience training adult learners.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing enablement programs end-to-end.
