Commercial Sales Assistant BMW & Motorcycle

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in the back office
• Control purchase, leasing, and financing contracts
• Plan and process vehicle deliveries on time
• Ensure smooth vehicle exchanges between branches
• Coordinate vehicle registrations and de-registrations
• Organize test vehicles (charging, refueling, cleaning)
• Process leasing returns
• Manage internal demonstration vehicles
• Create evaluations and statistics

Requirements

• Training as an automotive merchant or similar commercial training
• Experience in fleet management or automotive sales
• Strong organizational skills
• Driving license class B
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Good manners in customer contact
• Enjoyment of working with people
