Responsibilities

• Hunt for and build a pipeline of new commercial roofing prospects including property managers, facility directors, and developers
• Conduct outbound prospecting and networking at industry events and trade shows
• Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in CRM
• Forecast sales and manage the sales funnel to ensure quota attainment
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Project Management for smooth project handoffs
• Monitor market and competitor activity to articulate the company value proposition

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
• Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated hunter mentality
• Ability to travel regionally for client meetings
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
