Commercial Roofing Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct crews during installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve roofing issues while communicating with team members and clients
• Manage materials, equipment, and job site organization
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial roofing leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and PVC
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage job sites
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to a safe work environment
