Commercial Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual production goals for new commercial loans and non-interest income.
• Execute a call program to acquire, retain, and expand customer relationships.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of existing relationships and new prospects.
• Structure new loan requests to meet customer needs while adhering to credit policy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and identify cross-sell opportunities for Mortgage, Wealth, and Treasury Services.
• Represent the company in the community through professional and civic involvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Three years of experience with progressive responsibilities in small business and commercial banking.
• Strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, documentation, and Treasury Services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for making professional presentations.
• Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal management oversight.
• Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
