Commercial Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts to drive sales growth
• Build and maintain relationships with facility executives, property managers, and C-suite decision-makers
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Conduct in-person consultative sales meetings to offer tailored solutions
• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure service delivery
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Identify new business development opportunities and industry networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
• At least 2 years of experience managing repair projects in the insurance and restoration industry
• IICRC Certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to travel outside the immediate operating area as needed
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certifications and/or training
• Experience managing commercial accounts in real estate, healthcare, education, or hospitality
