About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with facility executives, property managers, and C-suite decision-makers
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct in-person consultative sales meetings to offer tailored solutions
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure service delivery
- Identify new business development opportunities and participate in industry networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing repair projects in the insurance and restoration industry
- IICRC Certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel outside the immediate operating area as needed
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certifications and/or training
- Experience managing commercial accounts in real estate, healthcare, education, or hospitality
