About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of senior individual contributors to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Develop targeted business plans and strategic resource allocation to drive sales success.

Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of job-related experience in sales or business management.
- 8-10 years of direct management experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Business Development.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, prioritization, and team management.
