Commercial Ref Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for commercial refrigeration systems
• Identify and recommend necessary repairs or unit replacements to provide optimal solutions for clients
• Follow service manuals to ensure all work meets industry standards and best practices
• Comply with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and occupational safety standards
• Submit detailed service reports to the Service Center and clients
• Manage documentation including delivery receipts and transmittal slips
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Department for material requisitions and returns

Requirements

• Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering
• At least 1 year of working experience in commercial refrigeration
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology
• Ability to read blueprints and technical layouts
• Proficiency in operating various tools and machines
• Must hold a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery)
• Ability to drive four-wheel vehicles
