Commercial Réceptif Corporate MICE

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming group requests (budget, deadlines, client typology, potential)
• Follow up on quote requests via the Backyou platform
• Sell hotel services in accordance with commercial policy
• Prepare commercial proposals within 24 hours of a request
• Respond to RFP requests via Cvent
• Establish quotations for all 2L Collection hotels
• Collect necessary information for event organization and ensure information flow between departments
• Develop revenue through upselling and cross-selling between establishments
• Maintain internal databases (CRM and others) and MICE platforms (Naboo, Kactus, Business Profiler)

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hotel accommodation (apprenticeship, CDD, or CDI)
• Rigorous and methodical organization
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Perfect mastery of French and English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality
• Proficiency in Opera
• Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit
• Negotiation skills
