Commercial Real Estate Broker

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on qualified leads from Business Brokerage and Growth Consulting divisions
• Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers
• Facilitate commercial real estate transactions including leasing, sales, and acquisitions
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and coordinate due diligence
• Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights on property values and market conditions
• Evaluate commercial properties and provide financial projections and investment strategies
• Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial real estate broker experience
• Must obtain a Texas Real Estate license
• Ability to pass a full background check

• Experience as a broker in commercial real estate
