Responsibilities

• Prepare real estate valuations in accordance with Estonian standards
• Conduct property inspections and collect market data
• Create clear and structured valuation reports and market analyses
• Participate in professional seminars and international cooperation projects

Requirements

• Real estate appraiser professional level 5 or 6
• At least 3 years of work experience with an interest in commercial real estate valuation
• Analytical thinking, precision, and an independent working style
• Proficiency in Estonian and English; Russian is a plus
• Valid driver's license and readiness for professional travel
