Responsibilities

• Actively build and maintain relationships with property owners, companies, investors, and other stakeholders
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market
• Conduct valuations, market analyses, and rental or sales assignments
• Negotiate and drive real estate transactions from initial contact to closing
• Provide advisory support to clients throughout the entire transaction process

Requirements

• Relevant education or registration (if applicable)
• Strong understanding of the real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and business networks
• Strong drive, business orientation, and commercial sense
• Ability to work independently and structured from prospecting to closing

Preferred Qualifications

• Current experience as a real estate agent looking to specialize in commercial properties
• Experience with commercial real estate, corporate transactions, or similar
• Existing network within real estate companies, banks, investors, or the business community
• Experience in valuation, market analysis, or advisory sales
• Strong local knowledge of the relevant region
