Commercial Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure premium commercial real estate opportunities across Dubai
• Manage the entire deal lifecycle, including property inspections, complex negotiations, and closings
• Work across diverse assets such as offices, retail units, warehouses, showrooms, and plots
• Act as a trusted advisor providing data-driven market insights, RERA index comparisons, and ROI recommendations
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, landlords, and developers
• Define and dominate a specific commercial niche to meet sales, leasing, and listing targets

Requirements

• Proven track record in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, or high-ticket B2B sales
• Strong knowledge of lease negotiations, contract structures, and tenant/landlord representation
• Solid understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate landscape and local regulations
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset capable of evaluating market trends and financial yields
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
