Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and providing tailored solutions
• Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate suitable properties
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations and drafting agreements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers
• Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations regarding market trends
• Guide clients on financial considerations such as leasing options and investment returns
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively
• Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms
