Commercial Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate marketing within your sales territory, from initial property acquisition to notary appointments
• Implement well-planned marketing strategies and conduct acquisition activities to continuously expand your network
• Perform professional property valuations to determine market-driven pricing
• Accompany owners through the entire sales process with trust and expertise
• Advise and support both buyers and sellers during sales negotiations
• Guide prospective clients from initial contact and viewings through to the final handover of keys
• Maintain consistent contact with clients to generate additional after-sales business

Requirements

• A strong passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently
• Strong customer focus and empathy to understand and meet client needs
• Previous experience in commercial real estate is a plus, but career changers with high engagement and a willingness to learn are welcome
