Commercial Proposal Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop visual commercial sponsorship proposals from initial brief analysis to final PDF delivery.
• Integrate strategic narratives with high-impact visual design aligned with institutional branding.
• Act as the strategic focal point for assigned management portfolios, managing priorities and timelines.
• Map and maintain an updated inventory of projects within the project database.
• Evaluate and classify projects using strategic criteria to determine appropriate enablement levels.
• Create and maintain commercial enablers, including technical sheets, presentations, and narratives.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or Digital Art.
• 2 years of experience in product, social media, or advertising design.
• Proven experience in creating executive presentations.
• Experience coordinating field activations.
