Commercial Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding rental agreements, tenant changes, or subletting
• Conduct tenant conversations regarding complaints or uncertainties
• Organize alternative housing during renovations or water damage
• Document all processes accurately in the system
• Collaborate with authorities, lawyers, and tenant associations
• Manage terminations, handovers, and deposit processes
• Review invoices and vacancy costs
• Maintain up-to-date tenant files and prepare rent adjustments

Requirements

• Completed training in real estate management or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in real estate management
• Strong knowledge of the German residential market and legal frameworks
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills in German
• English language skills are an advantage
