Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project documentation, including Plan Grid, subcontracts, purchase orders, and submittals
• Coordinate and expedite materials and information for field execution teams
• Liaise with General Contractors and Architects regarding construction status, RFIs, and change management
• Lead pre-install and closeout meetings with project superintendents
• Track work progress to prepare monthly project billings and manage change orders
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Or 10+ years of relevant field experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and irregular hours
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction-related certifications
