Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage designated customer projects and serve as the primary relationship point-of-contact to ensure goals are met within budget and timeline
• Accountable for overall program management using appropriate project planning tools and communicating milestones
• Lead project team and technical kick-off meetings while facilitating quarterly business reviews
• Forecast and manage project expenses, generate customer invoicing, and analyze contribution and gross margins
• Collaborate with customers on supply agreements, contracts, and component/artwork changes
• Support Business Development by reviewing quotes and proposals for accuracy
• Coach, mentor, and supervise Associate Project Managers
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions to capture best practices and develop continuous improvement solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of related experience
• College-level mathematical skills and high-level reasoning abilities
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex tasks across various programs
• Full professional English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to travel as required
