Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic commercial projects from planning through to post-implementation reviews.
• Act as the primary bridge between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to refine the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP), focusing on selection, affordability, and customer experience.
• Monitor competitor moves and market trends to inform local strategic planning.
• Own reporting for growth and CVP metrics to enable evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead the local rollout of cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in project management or commercial strategy roles.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with a track record of using data to drive outcomes.
• Strong financial literacy with an understanding of P&L dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Looker for data analysis.
• Background in marketplace, consumer tech, FMCG, or management consulting.
