Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, transforming broad concepts into structured programs and multi-national/multi-partner projects.
• Develop creative solutions and extensive cost models to generate substantial project proposals based on market analysis.
• Manage customer-specific production schedules for both long-term forecasts and short-term demands.
• Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to lead strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain close relationships with internal departments to coordinate ancillary activities and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects adhere to applicable regulatory guidelines and cGMP standards.
• Participate in business development by communicating manufacturing, development, and analytical capabilities to prospective clients.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Biology, or an equivalent combination of education and employment.
• 4+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, including creating deliverable proposals to client specifications.
• Strong ability to multitask and maintain multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to multidisciplinary audiences.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oligonucleotide API manufacturing.
• Experience with pharmaceutical development, chemistry, and/or DNA/RNA analytical processes.
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulatory standards.
