Commercial Project Manager - Aftermarket

Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of project costs, including actuals, commitments, and financial provisions
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities for revenue, margin, and cash flow
• Assist in project financial reporting to provide insights for decision-making and performance optimization
• Support operational finance activities such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and accounting entries
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across LATAM to ensure alignment and compliance with commercial guidelines
• Support client-related administrative processes, including documentation for invoices and financial instruments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in project controlling or international operations
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Effective communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
