Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion
• Manage multi-family commercial roofing projects
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Coordinate project workflows and resources

Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial roofing project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
