Commercial Project Management Launch Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial team launch planning and execution for readiness across Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Market Access
• Collaborate with Medical and CMC project managers to build integrated launch overviews for new products and indication expansions
• Establish and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and governance frameworks to monitor progress and identify risks
• Facilitate strategic reviews, cross-functional planning meetings, and business reviews
• Manage relationships with key vendors and external partners to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Support budget oversight, including tracking spend, planning, and accruals
• Advance launch management infrastructure by defining deliverables, optimizing processes, and developing SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD) preferred
• 8+ years of project or program management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
• 5+ years of direct project management experience supporting commercial functions
• Proven track record leading commercialization and launch activities, preferably in oncology
• Strong understanding of pre-commercial and launch-stage requirements across medical, regulatory, and supply chain
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability in fast-paced environments
