Commercial Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating hub, including workflow, resource planning, and fee management
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients at programme and portfolio level
• Lead the development and management of cost plans and programme-level estimating
• Develop, manage, and control project and programme budgets
• Implement robust cost control, forecasting, and change management measures
• Oversee commercial governance, controls, and reporting
• Lead commercial aspects of procurement strategy and contract negotiations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across Ireland and Europe

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management or quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices
• Experience with large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
