Commercial Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively review and interpret customer forecasts to identify trends and align supplier capacity and internal production schedules
• Translate forecast data into actionable plans by working with production teams to coordinate build output
• Own the process for correcting purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating pricing updates
• Respond to quality and field service issues, coordinating internally to drive resolutions
• Ensure program delivery aligns with customer service level agreements by monitoring performance metrics
• Take a data-driven approach to aligning inventory with forecasted demand and support lifecycle transitions
• Analyze volume trends and program data to inform decision-making and highlight risks
• Monitor inventory levels and perform flow analysis to prevent shortages or excess
• Foster a culture of team accountability and collaborative problem-solving across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing roles
• Experience managing annualized volume exceeding $10 million
• Proven track record managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning
• Experience with ERP and customer portal tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
