Commercial Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer forecasts to align supplier capacity and internal production
• Translate forecast data into actionable production plans
• Manage purchase order corrections, discrepancies, and pricing updates
• Coordinate resolutions for quality and field service issues
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with customer service level agreements
• Use data-driven approaches to align inventory with forecasted demand
• Analyze volume trends and program data to mitigate risks
• Monitor inventory levels and perform flow analysis to prevent shortages or excess
• Foster team accountability and collaborative problem-solving across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing roles
• Experience managing annualized volumes exceeding $10 million
• Proven track record managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and demand planning
• Experience with ERP and customer portal tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• PMP certification
