ePayPolicy helps insurance companies modernize their payment collection through secure online ACH and credit card tools. Founded in 2014 and based in Austin, the company provides an integrated suite of features including point-of-sale financing and check reconciliation to help companies work more efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial outcome for a flagship new product, including adoption, revenue, and unit economics
  • Design and run initial customer pilots, structure commercial terms, and drive customer conversations
  • Build pricing and packaging strategies grounded in rigorous value models
  • Work with agency, MGA, and carrier executives to diagnose workflows and financial operations
  • Translate adoption signals and market feedback into clear direction for the product build team
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks, sales enablement, and narratives to scale across the organization
  • Present performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the board

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in analytical, business-driving roles such as strategy & ops, growth, or commercial product
  • Top-tier management consulting experience followed by an operating or product lead role
  • Proven track record of owning revenue for a product line or business unit
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills to build unit-economics cases
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience partnering with sales and GTM teams
  • Ability to lead discovery and structure deals with senior customer stakeholders
  • Experience executing in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payments, fintech infrastructure, or B2B financial software
  • Insurance industry knowledge (agency operations, wholesale distribution, or premium finance)
  • Track record of taking a single product from launch to meaningful revenue
