Commercial Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production of commercial content from concept through completion for a range of clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing creative direction to ensure alignment with their goals.
• Plan, set up, and execute video shoots and capture high-quality still images using professional cameras and lighting.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and production strategies.
• Manage project timelines, production schedules, and budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost savings.
• Oversee all aspects of post-production, including editing, audio, color grading, and special effects.
• Maintain, transport, and troubleshoot professional production equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial production, video production, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful commercial productions.
• Proficiency in video production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a news gathering vehicle.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and client relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clients in industries such as retail, home services, healthcare, or legal.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media video production.
• Experience in scripting, directing, shooting, and editing.
