Commercial Process & SAP Expert

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement standardized commercial and financial workflows to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Logistics, to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and internal controls within all reporting and transactional systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities by providing reliable system data and expert process insights.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP financial modules (FI/CO) within the Onshore Execution business.
• Lead projects for SAP process enhancements, system upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Develop and deliver training to finance colleagues and business partners on SAP best practices and standardized processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience focused on SAP financial systems (FI/CO), process management, and financial controlling.
• Proven experience as a subject matter expert managing large-scale projects or complex processes in a corporate environment.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP Applications, workflow management, and business intelligence.
• Deep financial knowledge including financial analysis, internal controls, cost accounting, and GAAP.
• Excellent analytical, influencing, and accountability skills.
