About the role
Responsibilities
- Unfold the commercial strategy of iFood Pago into actionable plans by channel, ensuring alignment between goals, KPIs, and sales force execution
- Map bottlenecks in the commercial funnel and propose structural solutions, focusing on productivity and scalability via AI
- Lead the platformization of commercial processes, replacing manual flows with intelligent and automated tools
- Build and evolve dashboards and indicators to guide leadership and commercial team decisions
- Act as a strategic bridge with the Delivery/Marketplace area, structuring data exchanges and aligning strategies for credit and Maquinona processes
- Manage and develop a team of 6 to 7 people with a focus on high productivity and AI-driven operations
Requirements
- Solid experience in strategic consulting or commercial planning with a strong analytical component
- Ability to transform data into executive storytelling
- AI-first mindset with familiarity with AI agents, automations, and vibe coding
- Hands-on profile with seniority to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and execute strategy
- Clear and collaborative communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products or marketplace operations is a plus
