Commercial Pharmacy Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, execute, and evaluate pharmacy processes to improve administrative procedures and operational implementation.
• Review store inventories via Artus and SAP to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Monitor product expiration dates and manage returns for expired or excess stock in coordination with the purchasing department.
• Ensure compliance with COFEPRIS regulations, maintaining complete documentation such as Sanitary Licenses and PNO.
• Supervise pharmacy displays, pricing accuracy, and promotional signage.
• Manage stock replenishment using the PEPS (First-In, First-Out) method.
• Conduct competitor visits to analyze products and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate work plans for wholesalers and promotional staff visiting the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Degree (Licenciatura Titulado) in Biological and Health Sciences.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse and stock management.
• 3 years of experience using company systems (SAP experience preferred).
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• 3 years of administrative experience.
• 2 years of basic knowledge in medicine and nursing.
