About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier commercial clients to align HP's PC solutions with their business goals.
  • Own account plans for strategic commercial accounts, focusing on large deals and portfolio management.
  • Identify customer requirements and map them to organizational capabilities and supply chain solutions.
  • Build professional relationships with clients up to the executive level.
  • Achieve and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales quotas.
  • Execute sales strategies and territory account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and manage the opportunity pipeline using internal tools.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of work experience in account management, telesales, or product specialty.
  • Proven experience with computers, printers, servers, or storage products.
  • Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
