Commercial Partnerships Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop a Commercial Partnerships strategy aligned with company needs and regional standards.
• Support the development of procurement strategies, guidelines, and sourcing plans to enhance efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including the preparation of RFI and RFP documents in cooperation with the Legal Section.
• Review and assess service proposals and product offerings to propose optimal options.
• Support negotiations on product and service pricing with partners.
• Ensure all procurement activities and supply chains comply with Abu Dhabi Tenders and Procurement Law and company procedures.
• Track and ensure the timely delivery of purchased products and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic market scan reports.
• Monitor local and global markets for developments in product efficiency, supplier offerings, and pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Tenders and Procurement Law.
• Proven experience with RFI and RFP preparation.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
