Commercial Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full partner lifecycle across Eastern Europe, from prospecting and onboarding to revenue delivery
• Build and manage relationships with technology partners, agencies, media partners, and social platforms
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales
• Lead joint go-to-market planning, including co-sell motions and partner enablement sessions
• Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and partner summits across EMEA
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM
• Identify and assess new partnership opportunities within the territory

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or related technology sectors
• Fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of managing partner relationships for commercial outcomes
• Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment with KPI ownership
• Willingness to travel across Eastern Europe and EMEA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile measurement, the app ecosystem, or performance marketing
• Existing network in Eastern European advertising or agency ecosystems
• Proficiency in Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Ukrainian
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Crossbeam
