About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full partner lifecycle across Eastern Europe, from prospecting and onboarding to revenue delivery
- Build and manage relationships with technology partners, agencies, media partners, and social platforms
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales
- Lead joint go-to-market planning, including co-sell motions and partner enablement sessions
- Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and partner summits across EMEA
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities within the territory
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or related technology sectors
- Fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven track record of managing partner relationships for commercial outcomes
- Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment with KPI ownership
- Willingness to travel across Eastern Europe and EMEA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile measurement, the app ecosystem, or performance marketing
- Existing network in Eastern European advertising or agency ecosystems
- Proficiency in Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Ukrainian
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Crossbeam
