Commercial Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial expansion and sales function across Europe for a new B2B experiential concept
• Drive B2B enterprise sales through both one-off engagements and subscription models
• Build and manage relationships with major enterprise clients and HR departments
• Operate with high autonomy to scale the business from its current launch stage to a global reference

Requirements

• Based in Paris with a senior B2B enterprise sales profile
• Proven experience in enterprise sales (one-off and subscriptions)
• Fluent in both French and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work proactively in a startup context
• Strong existing network within HR or major enterprise organizations (e.g., CAC40)
• Comfortable with a commission and equity-based compensation model (not a salaried role)

• International business experience
• Proficiency in additional languages
