Commercial Paralegal - Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements
• Maintain and organize the company’s contract database and ensure compliance with policies
• Track contract deadlines, renewals, and obligations within the management system
• Provide guidance to business teams regarding contract terms and company policies
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks while identifying standardization opportunities
• Support the General Counsel with tooling selection, RFP processes, and patent program management
• Implement processes to track legal team KPIs and important metrics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in finance and operations to ensure seamless legal support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 5+ years of experience in contract management and legal operations, preferably in a startup environment
• Proven experience managing legal operations for in-house legal teams
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
