Commercial Painter

Responsibilities

• Perform full space interior painting and refinishing for commercial spaces
• Execute light wall and drywall repairs including patching holes and cracks
• Conduct surface preparation such as cleaning, scraping, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure sites are left in pristine condition
• Respond to client service calls and work from blueprints or specifications
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used via electronic devices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of painting experience, preferably in service/maintenance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and retain security clearances
• Working at Heights certification
• Physical capability for lifting, climbing, and working in various environments
• Proficiency with work order management software
