Commercial Overhead Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial door systems and equipment
• Perform job site inspections to ensure safety standards and company expectations
• Maintain detailed job documentation including notes, diagrams, and photos
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and upsell products
• Prioritize safety and comply with OSHA guidelines
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
• Utilize ServiceTitan and other software to track jobs and progress

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on commercial door experience (rolling steel, sectional, dock equipment, or fire doors)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with commercial door safety standards and OSHA best practices
• Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps and documentation tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
