Commercial

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through physical visits, telephone calls, and mailings
• Manage and develop the existing client portfolio in the sanitation, hygiene, and televised inspection sectors
• Conduct field visits to maintain client relationships and identify future needs
• Participate in commercial actions such as trade shows, forums, and congresses
• Contribute to commercial strategy and manage key accounts, including tender processes
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and participate in tender presentations
• Coordinate with the Operations team to hand over successful project files
• Maintain and update the client database

Requirements

• Minimum Bac + 2 degree (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in service sales, specifically within the sanitation or industrial cleaning sectors
• Strong expertise in sales and negotiation techniques
• Highly organized, rigorous, and capable of working in a project management mode
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit
