Commercial & Operations Support Graduate

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial requests to support contract quality, profitability, and underwriting policy alignment
• Support the Account Management team with client relationships and service quality
• Keep documentation, internal processes, and information updated and controlled
• Monitor KPIs and use internal tools such as CRM for decision-making support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement and workflow optimization

Requirements

• University studies in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, or similar
• Very good Spanish and English, B2-C1
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Interest in commercial environments, risk analysis, and operations
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to formalize an extracurricular internship agreement with a university
