Commercial Operations Specialist

About the Company

Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of purchase orders, pricing updates, and commercial transactions for feedstock programs
• Maintain and improve reporting workflows, including data merging, validation, and distribution
• Lead invoicing and settlement processes and resolve discrepancies
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for reporting supporting $2–5M+ in quarterly spend
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle for feedstock partners including onboarding and operational support
• Act as the primary operational contact for top-tier feedstock partners
• Author, maintain, and improve SOPs for Commercial Operations processes
• Maintain clean, auditable commercial data across ERP, CRM, and order management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2–4 years in commercial operations, supply chain, or a related field
• Proficient Excel skills including pivot tables and complex lookups
• Demonstrated ability to own processes end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Strong external communication skills
• Proven track record of writing or improving operational SOPs
