Commercial Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the Perfect Store model across assigned channels and points of sale
• Monitor and coordinate third-party field teams, merchandisers, and agency supervisors
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, planograms, visibility, and promotional execution
• Analyze sell-out, stock levels, competitor activity, and execution KPIs to identify improvements
• Prepare operational reports and support billing reconciliation and field performance tracking
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing, and external partners to support launches and campaigns
• Manage replenishment resources, routes, coverage, and field allocation based on business needs
• Conduct store visits, coach field teams, and follow up on action plans and execution priorities

Requirements

• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles
• Experience supervising third-party teams or field execution partners
• Knowledge of retail logistics, store layout, and perfect store execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a high-performance environment
• Geographical knowledge of the region
