Commercial Operations & Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Champion BD Excellence across Commercial Operations, logistics, and supply chain
• Design, standardise, and optimise end-to-end processes including order-to-cash, fulfilment, and inventory visibility
• Embed Daily Management routines, Tiered Management Systems, and performance visualisation tools
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and reducing manual workloads
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support data-driven decision-making
• Lead the adoption of digital solutions such as Power Apps and Power Automate to improve automation
• Coach and influence stakeholders across commercial, customer service, and logistics teams

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operational Excellence
• Strong process improvement and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of Lean principles or BD Excellence frameworks
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a regional environment
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric and solutions-driven mindset
